The Bossy Awards Dinner, held during SuperZoo 2024, recognized the remarkable contributions of distributors and retailers who have been instrumental in the success of Boss Dog and Boss Cat Brands. Since launching in 2019, the brands have rapidly grown across North America, offering nine product segments enriched with probiotics under its two core brands.
Vasili Nassar, founder and CEO of Boss Dog and Boss Cat, kicked off the event by expressing his gratitude to the dedicated partners. “Tonight, we celebrate the incredible dedication and hard work of our partners. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and growth has been instrumental in the success of Boss Dog and Boss Cat. This event is our way of saying thank you for being such a vital part of our journey. We couldn’t do it without you,” Nassar stated.
The awards, along with cash prizes totaling $4,000, highlighted top performers who played a key role in driving the brands' growth. The 2024 Bossy Awards winners include:
- Distributor of the Year – Top Sales: ADMC Distribution
- Distributor of the Year – Highest Growth: IPS S Team, led by Mike Rou
- Distributor of the Year – Outstanding Support: Trent Green and the Rio Grande Distributing Team
- Distributor Rep of the Year – Top Sales: Travis, ADMC Distribution
- Distributor Rep of the Year – Highest Growth: Jim McIleran, ADMC Distribution
- Distributor Rep of the Year – Outstanding Support: Wade McNeilly, AFCO Distributing
- Retailer of the Year – Top Sales: Ben’s Barketplace, owned by Brad, with nine locations in California
- Retailer of the Year – Highest Growth: Lauren Daly, owner of Uptown Pup in Dallas, TX
- Retailer of the Year – Outstanding Support: Man of Steel, Clovis, CA
Attendees also enjoyed entertainment from Boss Dog and Boss Cat, including a breakdancing show and a round of golf.
