The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) proudly announces the addition of Meghan Dicks as the new director of membership and engagement, effective September 23rd. In this role, Dicks will be instrumental in enhancing member service and experience, while also supporting efforts to recruit new members and retain existing ones.

"Her experience from working with an AFIA member and her active participation in our committees make her well-equipped to deliver exceptional value to our members. Meghan’s enthusiasm and deep industry knowledge will be invaluable in strengthening engagement with current and prospective members."
Before joining AFIA, Dicks was the regulatory and scientific affairs manager at ADM Animal and Pet Nutrition, North America, where she provided expertise on regulatory compliance and animal food safety. She has also worked as an animal food ingredient buyer and merchandiser, further enriching her understanding of the industry.
Originally from Douglas, Arizona, Dicks holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics and business with a focus on international business marketing and a minor in economics from New Mexico State University.
