There’s plenty of opportunity there, as cats are living longer than ever; it’s not uncommon these days for domestic cats to live well into their late teens or even their 20s. In fact, the oldest cat to ever live (according to the Guinness Book of World Records) made it to an astonishing 38 years and 3 days old (rest in peace, Creme Puff).
