The Nutriment Company (TNC), a provider of premium natural pet food, has acquired UK-based Bulmer Pet Foods, marking its fifth acquisition of 2025 as part of its ongoing strategy to make raw feeding more accessible across Europe.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the Sweden-based company confirmed the move bolsters its position in the UK pet food market and enhances its raw nutrition offerings. TNC said Bulmer Pet Foods’ diverse, natural product range — offered at an affordable price — complements its existing portfolio and aligns with its goal of delivering high-quality raw pet food to a broader audience.

Bulmer Pet Foods brings more than 30 years of experience in natural raw feeding. Under TNC’s ownership, the company will continue to operate with the added support of a broader distribution network, expanded capabilities and greater resources.
