HorizonPSI, an engineering and manufacturing company that designs innovative material handling and automated transfer solutions for food, pet food, plastics and chemical manufacturers, has acquired Pneu-Way Construction of Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Pneu-Way Construction brings over 35 years of construction experience and over 25 years in pneumatic conveying and bulk material handling systems installations to the HorizonPSI family. Their success in managing projects for textile and paper mills; food, plastic and chemical plants; silo installation; rail and truck loading/unloading equipment; and complete process systems increases HorizonPSI’s resources for turnkey projects.

HorizonPSI offers direct access to all the services customers need to engineer, install, start up and maintain their process lines. As more customers look for companies capable of providing full-project services, this acquisition expands HorizonPSI’s capabilities to cover everything from a full-plan install to individual equipment.

“This was an easy decision for us,” said Wes Kuhl, HorizonPSI president. “We’ve worked with Pneu-Way Construction for more than 15 years completing numerous successful projects together. We look forward to bringing these expanded capabilities to the solutions we provide our customers every day.”

Pneu-Way Construction, a division of HorizonPSI, will continue serving current customers as well as managing future installation projects for chemical, plastics, food and pet food customers. To learn more, contact HorizonPSI at horizonpsi.com or 1-800-842-1600.
