Kormotech's Optimeal Holistic super-premium cat and dog food brand received a Red Dot Award for its commercial created by Ukrainian creative agency banda and the brand team. The annual Red Dot Award, founded in 1955 in Germany, recognizes solutions in branding, advertising and product design.

The 30-second video features an Afghan hound running in slow motion, accompanied by emotional voice-over text. The commercial emphasizes the brand's slogan: "Optimeal Holistic is food for people who want their pets to live longer."

"For Optimeal, we took a different approach. Because the truth is, animals don't care about longevity. It's important to us. We don't want to lose our pets too soon. We are willing to do everything we can to keep them with us for longer."

The commercial debuted at Zoomark International 2025 during the presentation of the updated Optimeal Holistic concept. The product line is formulated to support long-term animal health based on nutritional needs of pets of different ages, sizes and physiological characteristics. The formulas contain live probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, ingredients for joint health and cognitive support.

"We worked on the new Optimeal Holistic concept with responsible pet owners in mind, who understand how important a balanced diet is for supporting the longevity of animals," said brand manager Roman Shpak. "We are delighted that this idea has been given a strong visual embodiment and has resonated with the world."
