The 2019 Vet Camp Contest is happening now. Young aspiring veterinarians now have the chance to go to one of the best vet camps in the USA, with tuition, room and board, and meals covered by Royal Canin and Vet Set Go.
Who is Royal Canin?
Royal Canin is a pet food brand. Unlike many other brands that focus on mass-producing unhealthy dog and cat food packed with fillers, Royal Canin has personalized foods and nutritious supplements for all pets. The company believes that the future well-being and happiness of animals around the world depends on veterinarians and young, inspiring vets alike.
With healthy food, meal plans, and supplements paired with such strong support for animals, Royal Canin constantly strives to make a positive impact.
The contest is open to all applicants between 6th and 8th grade, with entries going until March 29. As long as you fall within those grades during the Fall of 2019 season, you’re eligible to apply and possibly win the grand prize.
Unlike most contests that only offer one grand prize, three lucky contestants will win scholarships and have the experience of a lifetime.
If you or a younger loved one is passionate about saving animals and taking care of their well-being, make sure to check out this unique opportunity as soon as possible.
Applying for the contest is simple. All you have to do is write up to 300 words explaining why you want to become a veterinarian and what you think you can do to improve the livelihood of animals.
Try to give personal stories of your impact on animals, including your pets. You could also mention anything you’ve done to learn more about animals from online reads, books, and so on. Your goal should be to explain why you should become one of the lucky prize winners.
At the end, you’ll want to include a picture of you and your favorite animal, which might be a family pet or any adorable animal that you’re able to spend some time with. Keep in mind all entries must be submitted by a person of 18 years or older in order to qualify.
If your dream is to become a vet then don’t miss out on this opportunity.
